If Standard Mailing charge is sufficient, certain light weight items such as reports will be shipped by First
Class Mail. If the weight of an item or items exceeds the amount required by Priority or UPS shipping, the
shipments will be made via Special Standard Mail.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours.
CANADIAN ORDERS
Surface: 10-20 days Eastern Provinces; 15-30 days Western Provinces.
$7.00 minimum or 25% for orders over $25.00
Airmail: 3-7 days Eastern Provinces; 7-10 days Western Provinces.
$9.00 minimum or 40% for orders over $20.00.
Payments may be made by Visa, master card, International Money Order or Bank Check and must be issued
in U.S. Funds and drawn on a U.S. Bank or U.S. Branch of a Canadian Bank.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
Surface: Delivery to most European countries, 3-4 weeks. Other areas, especially South America, Africa and
Far East rarely take less than 3-4 months and sometimes take up to 7-8 months. We strongly recommend
that you do not use surface shipments. We cannot be responsible for lost overseas surface shipments. $7.00
minimum or 40% for orders over $17.00.
Airmail: Delivery to most countries can be expected in approximately 7-20 days.
$9.00 minimum or 80% of the value of the order, whichever is higher.
Payments may be made by Visa, master card, Postal or International Money Order or Bank Check and must
be issued in U.S. Funds and drawn on a U.S. Bank or U.S. Branch of a foreign Bank.

Shipping charges as shown may not be sufficient or may be too much due to the weight of an item, in which
case an additional charge will be necessary, or a credit will be issued.
